We had a warm welcome from the staff and were served an early breakfast. the room had a fresh scent and the parking area was great. the hotel's provided WiFi was faster than other hotels we stayed at.

The hotel's walls were a bit thin, which allowed for noise pollution from the bustling street outside.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was great, making us an early breakfast so that we could enjoy whale watching. The room was clean and smelled nice, and the hotel had great facilities. We especially loved the pool and the fact that they even had an EV-charger in the parking area. the hotel had the best WiFi connection among all the hotels we visited in this city. The location was great as well.

Another plus point was the WiFi connection, which was the best we had in the Dominican Republic.

Naturally, the latter may not be avoidable in the Dominican Republic.

Nothing not to like.

Liked the friendly staff who were attentive and accommodating, offering an early breakfast so we could enjoy our planned whale watching trip in the morning. The hotel provided great parking and even an EV-charger. The room was pleasant with a nice smell, and we were pleasantly surprised by the strong WiFi connection, which was the best we had experienced in our travels around the city.

Disliked the power cuts and lack of functioning Internet during our stay. We were also not pleased that the evening and morning staff member attempted to sell us a guided tour to a nearby waterfall, despite it being possible to visit without paying for a guide.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cater to our needs. They even prepared an early breakfast so we could enjoy the whale watching tour in Samana. The room was clean and comfortable, with a pleasant scent that added to the overall ambiance. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent WiFi connection, which was the best we experienced during our trip to the Dominican Republic. The pool was also a great spot to relax and unwind, providing a lovely atmosphere for a refreshing swim.

We highly recommend this hotel to family and friends. The location, service, and amenities provided here ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The lady who greeted us was super friendly and the pool was nice.
